By using Djelo, you agree to these terms.

Pricing & Fees

• Phone charging: $0.10 per minute
• Laptop charging: $0.12 per minute
• Scooter charging: $0.15 per minute
• Power bank rental: $0.05 per minute
• Minimum booking: 10 minutes

Late Return Penalties

• 0–15 minutes late: No penalty
• 15–30 minutes late: $5.00 penalty
• 30–60 minutes late: $10.00 penalty
• Over 60 minutes late: $20.00 penalty

Liability & Responsibility

Djelo is NOT responsible for:

• Lost or stolen devices
• Device malfunction or damage
• Data loss or corruption
• Incompatible charging cables

Users are responsible for:

• Supervising their devices while charging
• Using appropriate charging cables
• Reporting any issues immediately

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 5 minutes before booking time
• 50% refund for cancellations within 5 minutes
• No refund for no-shows

User Conduct

Users must:

• Treat equipment and staff respectfully
• Not tamper with charging equipment
• Not leave devices unattended for extended periods
• Follow shop owner instructions

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for:

• Repeated late returns
• Damage to equipment
• Abusive behavior
• Violation of these terms

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
